Meet the Chef
As Head Chef, Erwin was previously jointly responsible for the kitchen of star restaurant Wils in Amsterdam and wants to achieve the same level at Current Rooftop. The chef discovered his passion for cooking on open fire in Australia and brings this to Current.
Many dishes are therefore prepared on an open fire and smoke, wood and charcoal are frequently used in the dishes.
